Dr. Kiersz has owned and operated Rolla Family Dentistry since 2014 and previously owned and operated St. Robert Family Dental Center.

Dr. Kiersz earned his undergraduate at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He went on to the Creighton University School of Dentistry for his doctorate, graduating in 1985.

His goal for each patient is to feel good about their smile. As a dentist, he wants to help his patients live healthier, happier lives knowing they have the best oral health possible and have confidence in a beautiful smile.

He and his wife, Rebekah, have five children and 11 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and spending time in the outdoors.

With over 12 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Raysham Hayat brings both expertise and a personal touch to every patient she serves.  A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, she relocated to Missouri with her husband, Fawad, and their two children after completing her degree.

Dr. Hayat believes in caring for her patients as people, not just teeth.  She is committed to creating a welcoming environment.  “My two greatest passions are family and dentistry, and I welcome patients of all ages.  If you have teeth, I’d love to be your dentist!”

I have worked in dentistry since 2007 and am passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience for both our patients and team. As Practice Manager, I enjoy supporting a team that shares the same vision and commitment to caring for others. One of my favorite parts of my role is helping ensure that our patients feel comfortable and valued every step of the way. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching the St. Louis Cardinals, and spending time at the lake.

I have worked for Dr. Kiersz from 1999 to 2002 and joined again in 2016. During that time, I have enjoyed getting to know our patients and being able to help maintain their oral health.

My hobbies are spending time with family and going to horse shows.

I have worked in dentistry since 2012, joining the Rolla Family Dentistry team in 2023. It is a privilege getting to know our patients, to help them build their confidence and achieve improved overall health through their dental care. I am grateful to be part of a dental team who prides themselves in providing the most positive experience to our patients. I live in Rolla with my partner, our two daughters and dog. We enjoy traveling to visit family and friends; creating new memories and experiences. I also enjoying reading, playing tennis, and learning new skills like crochet and gardening.

I started working for Dr. Kiersz in 2021 and have been a hygienist since 2014.  I strive daily to create a comfortable environment for my patients to ensure they have a memorable experience with the best dental care.

I take pride in building relationships with my patients and I know together we will achieve improved oral health that will give you the confidence to show off your beautiful smile.

In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and kids.  When it's warm, we enjoy the outdoors and camping, and when it's cold, we enjoy coloring, crafts and baking.

I was born and raised in Rolla, Missouri. After working as a dental assistant for several years, I attended dental hygiene school at MSSU and later earned my bachelor’s degree in health sciences. I am passionate about helping patients feel comfortable while providing quality dental care.
 
I have been married to my husband, Travis, for 12 years and we have a beautiful daughter, Raylee. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family on our mini farm and riding side-by-sides.

I have been working for Dr. Kiersz since 2018. I love my job because I help people daily by improving their oral health and confidence in their smiles.

I enjoy spending time outdoors, kayaking, hunting, and watching softball, basketball, and football with family and friends

I joined the Rolla Family Dentistry team in October of 2024. I began my dental assisting journey in 2023, and it’s been filled with growth and purpose ever since. I love helping our patients and enjoy being part of their positive experience at Rolla Family Dentistry.

I enjoy weekends on the golf course and hanging out with family. As an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan, there’s nothing I love more than game day at Arrowhead Stadium!

I joined the Rolla Family Dentistry team in August 2025 and have loved being part of a practice that is focused on providing quality care for every patient. As a dental assistant, I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits while supporting our team in delivering excellent dental care.
